Purchasing From Us
To purchase from us you must be over 18. The Toy People reserve the right to decline a sale at all times and under any circumstance. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out in the order and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying the goods and contacting you with information about similar products, services or offers. We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details be removed from our system by writing to the address above or emailing us.

Product Information
All sizes are approximate and are intended as a guide only. Colours may vary slightly from those shown. Prices are correct at time of site update but may be subject to change.
Delivery
If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you. This condition excludes the supply of bespoke products or services, which will be subject to their own conditions of supply and delivery.
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. To return an order:
Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt.
Please note - Your despatch note will be required as proof of purchase.
*Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.
